Video clips licensed by INSIGHT NEWS & FEATURES (INF) are licensed for one-time editorial use, unless otherwise expressly agreed to by INF. The additional use of any video footage or portion of that footage will require additional payment.

Video footage may be used in the registered user's own publication(s), web or TV broadcast only. Any further usage must be agreed upon by INF. Video footage belonging to the company may not be resold or used in trade publications, packaging, promotional goods or advertising campaigns without written permission. No model releases or other releases exist on any INF video, unless INF specifies the existence of such in writing.

It is not permitted to alter or manipulate INF's videos - beyond normal, industry-standard enhancement - without the express written approval of INF. If a user violates this requirement, INF will attempt to obtain appropriate legal corrections and remedies.

While INF makes every effort to ensure the accuracy as well as the reliability of its video footage and descriptive data therein including caption, date of capture etc, users acknowledge that INF is not liable for any loss, cost or damage arising out of any misuse, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the information contained in the INF video archive.

INF retains the full copyright and ownership of its web site and system. All video footage is the copyright property of INF and its suppliers. An appropriate credit line must accompany any INF video as indicated in the embedded captioning data. Video clips that should carry no credit are clearly marked N/C.

Should a user violate any requirements or agreements between INF and themselves, INF will attempt to obtain appropriate corrections and remedies from the user and/or will cancel their subscription and access to any or all of our websites without notice.
